By using or accessing this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein (the  ‘T&Cs’). If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please refrain from using this website.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all transactions across our branches and online sales, where specific conditions related to online purchases may apply.

Consumer Guarantees

All goods sold by Dilmith Technology (Pvt) Ltd. are covered by guarantees that cannot be excluded under Sri Lankan consumer protection laws. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and you may request a repair or replacement for goods that fail to meet acceptable quality standards, provided the failure does not constitute a major failure.

Repairs and Manufacturer Replacements

Goods submitted for repair may be replaced by manufacturer-refurbished items of the same type, rather than being repaired. Manufacturer-refurbished parts may be used during the repair process.

Prices and Order Acceptance

All prices listed on this website are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are subject to change without notice. Prices include all applicable taxes and duties. You will receive an order confirmation email showing the total, and a final tax invoice once your order has been accepted and shipped.
Prices may change from time to time based on supplier pricing, and an order does not constitute a binding contract until it is accepted by us through the dispatch of the goods.

An automated confirmation of your order placement does not constitute our acceptance. If we decline your order after a payment has been processed, we will notify you and issue a full refund. Payment must be received and cleared in full before your order is accepted and dispatched. Ownership of the products will transfer to you only once full payment has been made.

Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions. Cancellations or changes to orders may be made by contacting the appropriate branch or online support team.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

We offer shipping to all destinations within Sri Lanka. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the size, weight of the product, and your location. Some bulky items may also incur additional shipping charges.

We aim to ship all accepted orders, where products are in stock, as quickly as possible, typically within 1 business day after payment is confirmed. Delivery times vary based on your location. Once the order is dispatched, we cannot process refunds due to change of mind.

Returns, Refunds & Exchange

You are responsible for carefully selecting the products you wish to purchase. We encourage you to do thorough research before placing your order. Refunds or replacements are only available for items with major issues such as:

  • A problem that would prevent you from purchasing the item had you known about it.
  • Unsafe or faulty products.
  • Products that differ significantly from their description.
  • Products that do not function as promised and cannot be easily repaired.

If the issue is not deemed major, we will repair the item within a reasonable timeframe. If repairs are not completed in a reasonable period, you may choose a replacement or a refund.

Returns must be made with proof of purchase, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Products that are returned without proper evaluation or without our consultation may be subject to additional fees.

For Custom-built PCs, once the assembly begins, the order cannot be cancelled, and a 25% restocking fee will apply if cancellation is requested.

Click-and-Collect orders must be picked up within 7 working days. Orders not collected in this time frame will be cancelled, and a credit will be issued to your account (a surcharge will not be refunded).

Warranty

Dilmith Technology (Pvt) Ltd. offers a 06-month Return-To-Base (RTB) warranty from the date of purchase on all goods sold. You are responsible for the return postage, and the goods must be returned in their original packaging.

If you return goods that are found not to be faulty or outside the warranty terms, an administrative fee may apply. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase when making a warranty claim.

Software products are not eligible for return or warranty, and no warranty is provided on software items.

For online purchases, unless the product is Dead on Arrival (DOA), customers are responsible for return shipping. Any return costs eligible for reimbursement will be capped at the initial shipping cost paid.

General Terms

The images displayed on the website are for illustration purposes only and may not represent the exact appearance of the product.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or guardian to use the site.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove content, or cancel orders at our discretion. We may also amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.

Price Changes & Price Matching

We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time due to market conditions, manufacturer price changes, or other factors. However, once your order is placed, the price at the time of your order will be honored.

We do not offer price protection, meaning that if the price of a product drops after your purchase, no refund, credit, or adjustment will be made. In the event of pricing errors on the website, we reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion, with no further obligation to you.
