Shipping Policy

At Dilmith Technology (Pvt) Ltd., we strive to offer the most reliable and efficient delivery services for our customers in Sri Lanka. All orders will be shipped using one of the following methods:

  • Express Courier
  • Registered Post
  • Standard Courier

Shipping Costs

  • Free Delivery: Enjoy free delivery only for selected products. 
  • Standard Delivery Fee: product weight based.
  • Large / Bulky Items: For larger or heavier items, additional delivery charges will apply, based on the weight, size, and destination.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Areas We Ship To

We provide shipping throughout Sri Lanka, excluding certain remote or restricted areas, where additional surcharges may apply. If you are in a location that may be affected by this, please contact us for further details.

Same-Day Dispatch

All in-stock orders placed before 3:00 PM (Sri Lanka Standard Time, excluding weekends and public holidays) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be dispatched on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Metro Areas: Deliveries to major cities in Sri Lanka typically take 5-7 business days.
  • Regional Areas: Deliveries to more remote regions may take up to 7-10 business days.
  • These estimated timeframes may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, holidays, or other disruptions.

Please note that large / bulky items may have different delivery timeframes, which will be detailed at the time of purchase.

Large / Bulky Items

  • Items that are large or bulky, due to their size or weight, are excluded from free delivery. Additional charges for delivery will apply during checkout. Delivery charges for large items are calculated based on the weight, size, and delivery address.

    As a general guideline:

    • Deliveries to metro areas may take 5-7 business days.
    • Deliveries to regional or remote areas may take 7-10 business days.
    Large or bulky items cannot be shipped to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Backorders

We aim to keep all items in stock. If an item is out of stock or back ordered, we will notify you within 2 business days. We will keep you informed of the expected availability date.

Address Issues

If the delivery address provided is incomplete or incorrect, there will be a LKR 1,000 redelivery fee to resend your order.

Delivery Authorizations

If you authorize us to leave the goods without requiring a signature upon delivery, you accept full responsibility for the parcel once it has been delivered to your property. We are not liable for any loss or damage that occurs after delivery.

Delivery Locations

We only deliver within Sri Lanka. Unfortunately, we do not ship overseas.

Pricing Policy

  • All prices listed are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include applicable taxes.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice, and we reserve the right to adjust prices based on supplier costs or errors.

Warranty

We provide a 6-month warranty on all compatible products. For original brand products, the warranty is provided according to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
